合同中的托收條款-ESG跨境

現(xiàn)將合同中有關(guān)托收條款舉例說明如下:

1.即期付款交單

例如:買方應憑賣方開具的即期跟單匯票，于見票時立即付款，付款后交單。

2.遠期付款交單

例如:買方對賣方開具的見票后45天付款的跟單匯票，于提醒時應即予承兌，并應于匯票到期日即予付款，付款后交單。(Thebuyersshalldulyacceptthedocumentarydraftbythesellersat45dayssightuponfirstpresentationandmakepaymentonitsmaturity.Theshippingdocumentsaretobedeliveredagainstpayment.)

3.承兌交單

例如:憑付款日為提單裝船日后60天的匯票付款，承兌交單。(Paymentbydraftpayable60daysafteronboardB/Ldate,documentsagainstacceptance.)
