1.找到交易ID

如果用戶已經(jīng)提出用戶問題，您可以在用戶問題中找到交易ID：

復(fù)制交易ID。

2.查找交易

復(fù)制交易ID后，點(diǎn)擊頂部導(dǎo)航欄中的訂單>歷史記錄，轉(zhuǎn)到“交易記錄”。

將交易ID粘貼到搜索框中，然后從搜索框旁邊的下拉菜單中選擇“交易ID”。點(diǎn)擊放大鏡，將顯示您要查找的交易。

3.為交易退款

點(diǎn)擊要退款的交易所對應(yīng)的“操作”按鈕，然后點(diǎn)擊“退款”。

在彈出的頁面中，您可以從下拉菜單中選擇退款原因，并添加彌補(bǔ)說明。點(diǎn)擊“退款”持續(xù)。Wish將立即為您啟動退款過程，用戶將在銀行處置完后的5-7天內(nèi)收到退款。

請注意，完成退款操作后，此訂單的付款將從您的下一個付款周期中扣除。
