Wish平臺費用和付款政策介紹

9.1費用：

依據(jù)商戶的Wish賬戶中注明的條款或商戶可能與Wish簽署的任何其他協(xié)定的條款，在產(chǎn)品售出時，Wish將向商戶支付商戶提供應(yīng)Wish的定價中抽取必定百分比或固定金額。

如果商戶應(yīng)用用于通過Wish服務(wù)售賣產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)或功能，或與之相關(guān)的其他服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能（例如，ProductBoost、FulfillmentByWish等），Wish可能會就這些服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能收取Wish告訴的某些額外或其他費用。如果Wish推出用于通過Wish服務(wù)售賣產(chǎn)品的新服務(wù)或功能，或與之相關(guān)的新服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能，則該服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能的費用將在服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能推出時生效。除非另有說明，否則所有費用均以美元(USD)報價。

所有費用均根據(jù)商戶政策11-貨幣所述報價。

在某些情形下，包含但不限于無效的交易，Wish可以在商戶的賬單中借記實用費用。

除非《商戶服務(wù)條款》或《稅費政策》另有規(guī)定，您有義務(wù)支付與應(yīng)用Wish和在Wish上出售相關(guān)的所有費用和實用稅項。

9.2付款

在商戶遵照服務(wù)條款和其他Wish政策的前提下，除去應(yīng)退還給用戶的任何款項、實用于商戶賬戶的費用、針對商戶的賠款、酌情預(yù)付款或通過支付處置商支付的預(yù)付款，或Wish有權(quán)針對商戶抵銷的其他收費或金額（統(tǒng)稱為“收費”），商戶應(yīng)獲支付下述金額。

9.1Fees:

Dependingonthetermsnotedwithinthemerchant’sWishaccountorthetermsofanyotheragreementthemerchantmayhavewithWish,WishwilleithertakeapercentageorasetamountofthelistpriceprovidedtoWishbythemerchantwhenanitemsells.

ShouldthemerchantuseadditionalservicesorproductfeaturesrelatedtothesalesofitemsthroughorinconnectionwithWish’sservices(e.g.,ProductBoost,FulfillmentByWish,etc.),theseservicesorproductfeaturesmaybesubjecttocertainadditionalordifferentfeesascommunicatedbyWish.IntheeventWishintroducesanewserviceorproductfeaturerelatedtothesalesofitemsthroughorinconnectionwithWish’sservices,thefeesforthatserviceorproductfeaturewillbeeffectiveuponthelaunchoftheserviceorproductfeature.

AllfeesarequotedinthemannerdescribedinMerchantPolicy11-Currency.

Incertainsituations,includingbutnotlimitedtoavoidorinvalidtransaction,Wishmayissueadebittoamerchant’sbillingstatementfortheapplicablefees.

ExceptassetforthintheMerchantTermsofServiceortheTaxPolicy,youareresponsibleforpayingallfeesandapplicabletaxesassociatedwithusingandsellingonWish.

9.2Payments

ProvidedthemerchantisincompliancewiththeTermsofServiceandotherWishpolicies,andexcludinganyamountsduetorefundstocustomers,feesappliedtomerchantaccounts,penaltiesissuedagainstthemerchant,discretionaryadvancesoradvancesmadethroughpaymentprocessors,orotherchargesoramountsthatWishisentitledtooffsetagainstthemerchant(collectively,the“Charges”),themerchantshallbepaidtheamountsnotedbelow.
