Wish平臺賬戶暫停政策：賬戶被暫停后會產(chǎn)生什么情形？

8.1賬戶被暫停后將產(chǎn)生以下情形：

賬戶被限制瀏覽

店鋪的產(chǎn)品處于不可出售狀況

店鋪的付款被暫扣3個月

若嚴重違背Wish政策，店鋪的付款將被永久扣留

店鋪需對所有退款訂單承擔(dān)100%退款義務(wù)

賬戶被暫停的原因包含但不限于以下各項：

8.2要求用戶提供個人信息

如果商戶向用戶索取個人信息（包含電子郵箱地址），商戶賬戶將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.3要求用戶匯款

若商戶要求用戶直接匯款，其賬戶將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.4提供不當(dāng)用戶服務(wù)

如果商戶提供了不恰當(dāng)?shù)挠脩舴?wù)，其賬戶將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.5誘騙用戶

如果商戶誘騙用戶，其賬戶將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.6要求用戶瀏覽Wish以外的店鋪

如果商戶要求用戶瀏覽Wish以外的店鋪，對應(yīng)的商戶賬戶將面臨被暫停交易的風(fēng)險和/或每次違規(guī)$10,000.00*的賠款。請參閱政策5.7-誘騙性實行訂單政策了解更多信息。

8.7出售假冒產(chǎn)品或仿品

如果商戶的店鋪出售假冒產(chǎn)品或仿品，商戶帳號將面臨被暫停的風(fēng)險。

8.2Askingcustomersfortheirpersonalinformation

Ifamerchanthasaskedcustomersfortheirpersonalinformationincludingemailaddress,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.3Askingcustomerstosendmoney

Ifamerchanthasrequestedadirectpaymentfromthecustomer,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.4Providinginappropriatecustomerservice

Ifamerchanthasprovidedinappropriatecustomerservice,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.5Beingdisingenuoustocustomers

Ifamerchantisbeingdisingenuoustocustomers,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.6AskingcustomerstovisitstoresoutsideofWish

IfamerchanthasaskedcustomerstovisitstoresoutsideofWish,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspensionand/orapenaltyof$10,000.00*perincident.PleaseseePolicy5.7-DeceptiveFulfillmentPolicyforfurtherinformation.

8.7Sellingfakeorcounterfeitgoods

Ifamerchantissellingfakeorcounterfeitgoods,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.
